Quik using your own Audio

Qunnameduik is fast becoming one of the most popular and impressive apps for creating original content, almost instantly.  It takes any selected photos and/or video from your camera roll, and automatically edits them according to a variety of pre-set styles – incorporating music, graphics and various optional filters.

The edits or animations are linked to the beat of the selected music.  You can re-order the images, add text, vary the duration etc, but crucially can also add your own music.

Quik only allows you to select your audio from a select number of sources – all but one of which rely on an internet connection –  iCloud Drive, Box, Creative Cloud, Google Drive, and Dropbox.  The exception is the final option – Filebrowser (Pro version).

If you select Filebrowser, then the app allows you to access the “Share With Apps” folder.  If you have previously saved any mp3 files into this folder, then you can choose this as your “Music”, regardless of whether this is in fact music, a voice track or a package.

This will instantly replace the default music in your Quik project – allowing you to very easily and quickly create an animated video with text baed on your original audio clip, which you can then save to your camera roll and publish to whichever platform you like.
